With 21 years in the home service business Jeff Testerman can guarantee you’ll be happy with their work. He has trained his sons in the trades of window cleaning, pressure cleaning, and painting. Six of his sons currently work with him, Isaac, Jason, Joel, Josiah, Micah and Jesse.

Ten steps to a proper paint job
1. Pressure clean your home to remove dirt and mildew.
2. Inspect the house for areas that need to be repaired
3. Scrape and sand all chipping and peeling areas
4. Prime all wood surfaces where needed
5. Mask and cover all areas to protect from overspray
6. Seal and bond all stucco and concrete areas
7. Caulk around windows and doors
8. Patch settling cracks using a high quality elastomeric patching compound
9. Apply one coat of 100% acrylic paint (ask about our two coat price and our space age ceramic insulating paint)
10. Do a final inspection to make sure nothing was missed
Aluminum fascia and eves are not included unless requested. Wood eves and fascia are automatically included
